From Geneva airport to Morzine, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, in about an hour and a quarter. A private chauffeur, a car equipped for the mountains and a rate fixed before you travel.
This transfer is part of our Geneva chauffeur service: the same chauffeurs handle Geneva airport transfers, business days in the city and every ski resort of the French and Swiss Alps.
Morzine is one of the closest big ski areas to Geneva: about eighty kilometres, an hour and a quarter on a clear day. The motorway runs to Cluses, then the road climbs the Giffre and Arve valleys through Taninges and over the pass at Les Gets before dropping into the village.
Unlike purpose-built resorts, Morzine is a lived-in Savoyard town spread along the Dranse, with chalets scattered up both sides of the valley. Your chauffeur takes you to the door of the chalet rather than to the bus station, which matters with skis, children and a late flight.
The motorway, the Taninges valley, then the climb over Les Gets. The classic route to the Portes du Soleil.
From the airport across the border towards Bonneville and Cluses, about forty minutes on a normal day.
The road leaves the motorway at Cluses and climbs gently through Châtillon-sur-Cluses and Taninges.
The last climb crosses Les Gets at 1,170 metres, then drops into Morzine and on to Les Prodains or Ardent if needed.
Flight number, passengers, skis and luggage. Rate and car confirmed in writing.
A name board on the Swiss or French side of the airport, as agreed.
Flight followed from take-off, delays absorbed with no waiting charge.
Dropped at your chalet in Morzine, Les Prodains, Essert-Romand or Montriond.
Many chalets sit up narrow lanes on the Nyon or Pléney side, some reachable only with winter tyres and an experienced driver. Give us the exact address and access notes from your chalet company, and we plan the last few hundred metres before you land.
From November to the end of March, the French mountain law requires four 3PMSF winter tyres or chains in the boot in the listed communes of Haute-Savoie and Savoie, with a 135 euro fine otherwise. Our cars are equipped for the whole season.
Staying higher up? We also run the Geneva to Avoriaz transfer, about fifteen minutes beyond Morzine, and the Geneva to Les Gets transfer.
For one or two travellers, comfortable on the motorway and sure-footed in the mountains on winter tyres.
For arriving rested after the flight, with the quiet you expect from a car of this class.
Seven seats, the cases and ski equipment of a family or a group of friends.
Agreed in writing before you book, unchanged by snow or delays.
No shared shuttle and no stops at other resorts: you leave when you land.

About an hour and a quarter from Geneva airport for roughly 80 kilometres on a clear day. On in-season Saturdays, allow extra time at the border and around Cluses.
