From Geneva airport to Les Gets in a little over an hour. A private chauffeur, a car equipped for the mountains and a rate fixed before you travel.
This transfer is part of our Geneva chauffeur service: the same chauffeurs handle Geneva airport transfers, business days in the city and every ski resort of the French and Swiss Alps.
Les Gets sits on a pass between the Arve and Dranse valleys, about seventy kilometres from Geneva airport. The road leaves the motorway at Cluses and climbs through Taninges, so it is one of the quickest ski transfers from Geneva.
The village is compact, with chalets climbing towards the Chavannes and the Mont Chéry, and a strong family clientele. A private transfer means car seats ready, skis in the boot and no waiting for a shared shuttle to fill up.
The motorway, the Taninges valley, then the last climb to the pass. Short and straightforward.
From the airport across the border towards Bonneville and Cluses, about forty minutes on a normal day.
Off the motorway at Cluses, then up through Châtillon-sur-Cluses and Taninges.
The final hairpins lead to the village centre, the Chavannes or the Mont Chéry side.
Flight number, passengers, skis and luggage. Rate and car confirmed in writing.
A name board on the Swiss or French side of the airport, as agreed.
Flight followed from take-off, delays absorbed with no waiting charge.
Dropped at your chalet or hotel in Les Gets, with the skis unloaded.
Most chalets are within a few minutes of the lifts, but some sit on steep lanes above the village. Send us the exact address and we plan the drop-off, including the car seats you need for the children.
From November to the end of March, the French mountain law requires four 3PMSF winter tyres or chains in the boot in the listed communes of Haute-Savoie and Savoie, with a 135 euro fine otherwise. Our cars are equipped for the whole season.
Staying in the next valley? We also run the Geneva to Morzine transfer, ten minutes further on.
For one or two travellers, comfortable on the motorway and sure-footed in the mountains on winter tyres.
For arriving rested after the flight, with the quiet you expect from a car of this class.
Seven seats, the cases and ski equipment of a family or a group of friends.
