Two terminals, one simple meeting
El Prat set a record of 57.5 million passengers in 2025. With two terminals several kilometres apart, the first question on any of our Barcelona airport transfers is simple: T1 or T2? We check it for you, so your driver is in the right building.
The airport lies about 15 km southwest of the city centre. Journey times depend heavily on traffic, especially on the approach to the city, so we never quote a fixed duration. What stays fixed is the price, agreed in writing before the trip.
Barcelona is well served by public transport, and that is worth saying honestly. Yet each option has a catch. Our car service simply removes them: one driver, one car, straight to your address.

T1 arrivals
T1 handles about 70% of flights. Your chauffeur greets you in arrivals, then walks you to the official VTC meeting point at Parking T1, level -1, where the car is parked.
T2 arrivals
T2B is mainly Ryanair and T2C is used only by easyJet. Here, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall and the car waits in the T2 Express car park.
Corporate Aviation Terminal
For private flights, we drive to the Corporate Aviation Terminal, where Jetex Barcelona is listed as FBO. The car is aligned with your handling, with full discretion.
Cruises and congresses
Many guests head to the port or to a trade fair at Fira Gran Via. A V-Class takes up to 7 people with luggage, ideal for groups and crews.
Getting around El Prat
T1 opened in 2009 and is the larger building. T2 is split into A, B and C, and T2A is now largely unused for departures. A free 24-hour shuttle links them. Official airport information: Aena, Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport.
Most airlines fly from T1. The official meeting point for VTC companies is in Parking T1, level -1. Uber picks up on floor 0, so the two are easy to confuse.
T2B mainly serves Ryanair and T2C is easyJet only. The Rodalies R2 Nord train stops here but not at T1.
The free shuttle runs 24 hours: about 10 minutes from T1 to T2 and 14 minutes back. If you land at the wrong one, we simply move the car.
On each terminal frontage, the first 10 minutes are free, then the whole stay is charged, up to 2 hours. We plan around this, so you never wait outside.

Why not take the metro or the Aerobús?
Metro L9 Sud serves both terminals, and the Aerobús runs to Plaça Catalunya. Both work well with light bags. However, a private chauffeur takes you to your door, with no changes and no queue.
