What changes when the car is booked
In Milan the difference is not the car, it is everything around it. A booked ride is paid for before you get in, the driver has your flight number and the exact address, and the vehicle carries the permits that let it enter the centre. None of those three things gets decided at the kerb.
Five differences
you notice on arrival
Malpensa is fifty kilometres from the Duomo, Linate is seven. On the first the difference shows up as comfort, on the second as time saved. Either way, the same five points separate an improvised ride from a prepared one.
- The amount is known and confirmed before you book, whatever the traffic on the Tangenziale.
- Your driver tracks the flight number and moves the pick-up if the aircraft is late.
- You are met inside arrivals with your name displayed, not in a car park away from the terminal.
- The car is registered for Area B and Area C, so it stops at your address rather than at the edge of the zone.
- The same driver can stay with you all day, which removes any search for a car between appointments.

How is this different from a taxi in Milan?
The ride is booked ahead and the amount is settled before departure. Your driver tracks the flight, meets you inside arrivals and drives a vehicle cleared for Area B and Area C. You do not look for a car and you do not discover the fare on arrival.
What does a transfer from Malpensa cost?
Transfers from Malpensa start at 209 €, and transfers from Linate at 109 €. Hourly hire is quoted on request, from four hours. The amount is confirmed in writing before you book and does not move if traffic does.
Can I book at short notice?
Booking is open around the clock and we regularly handle same-day requests. A day's notice is still worth having during Fashion Week, the Salone del Mobile and the large congresses at Rho Fiera.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes, our drivers in Milan speak Italian and English, and French on request. Tell us which language you prefer when booking and we assign the driver accordingly.
