in this city
Dubai is easy to drive and hard to arrive in, because the address matters more than the distance. Here is what a prepared arrival looks like.
- Dubai International runs three terminals and Terminal 3 alone is one of the largest buildings in the world. The terminal is confirmed with your flight number, and the chauffeur is inside it.
- Al Maktoum, out towards Jebel Ali, is a different journey altogether. If your private aircraft or your flight uses it, the timing is planned around that rather than around DXB.
- The Salik toll gates along Sheikh Zayed Road and the crossings shape the route more than the map does. The tolls are included in what we quote, so nothing is added afterwards.
- Towers in Downtown, DIFC and Business Bay often have separate entrances for residences, offices and hotels, and Palm Jumeirah has one road in. Knowing which gate you need is the whole job.
- GITEX in October, the Airshow in November and the World Cup in March fill the roads and the hotels at once. Those weeks are booked ahead, not on the day.

Which Dubai airport do you cover?
Both. Dubai International, around five kilometres from the old centre with its three terminals, and Al Maktoum out to the south-west. The meeting point is arranged inside whichever terminal your flight uses.
Are the Salik tolls included?
Yes. The toll gates are part of almost every route in Dubai, and they are built into the rate we quote. Nothing is added to your bill afterwards.
Can you take us to Abu Dhabi?
Yes, around ninety minutes each way in normal conditions. Long distance runs across the Emirates, including Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Al Ain, are part of the service.
Do you know the tower entrances?
That is most of the work here. Towers in Downtown, DIFC and Business Bay often separate residence, office and hotel entrances, and Palm Jumeirah has a single access road. We confirm the exact entrance when you book.
Do your drivers speak English and Arabic?
