Dubai International sits just 4.7 km east of central Dubai, and our Dubai airport transfers begin the moment you clear arrivals. The second airport, Al Maktoum International, lies 37 km to the south-west near Jebel Ali.
Neither airport has a kerbside pick-up area at Arrivals. Drivers must wait in the terminal car parks, so a private chauffeur who meets you inside and walks you to the car saves real confusion after a long flight.
Travel time depends on the hour and the route, since traffic on the main roads changes a great deal. We track your flight, adjust to delays and have the car ready when you reach the meeting point.

Terminal 3 arrivals
Terminal 3 is used exclusively by Emirates, plus some flydubai flights, across concourses A to C. It is the busiest arrival point, so we agree the meeting spot in advance.
Terminals 1 and 2
Terminal 1 serves more than 100 foreign airlines through concourse D. Terminal 2 is the flydubai base for regional routes. Your driver waits at the right hall.
Private aviation
At DXB, Executive Flight Services runs the business aviation terminal near Terminal 2. At Dubai South, we collect from the VIP Terminal, with DC Aviation Al-Futtaim and Jetex present.
Discreet VIP travel
Unmarked Mercedes cars, vetted drivers and an NDA on request. The S-Class suits executives; the V-Class carries families of up to seven.
Dubai airport transfers: DXB and DWC explained
Flights in the region were disrupted in February and March 2026 by the conflict involving Iran. As of October 2026, DXB is open 24 hours, but some foreign airlines have suspended routes. Check your flight with your airline before travelling. Official airport information: Dubai Airports.
Three terminals in Al Garhoud. The Dubai Metro Red Line stops at Terminals 1 and 3, and the Airport Tunnel runs under a runway towards the city.
Launched in July 2025 for registered licensed operators. Guests scan a QR code at an Arrivals kiosk and are escorted to their car. We confirm before your trip exactly how your driver will meet you.
Used mainly by low-cost and charter airlines. There is no dedicated pick-up at Arrivals, but the car park is free. A new terminal was approved in 2024, and DXB operations are due to move there once it is complete.

Why doesn't the car wait at the kerb?
Dubai International has no pick-up area at Arrivals. Drivers must use the terminal car parks, so your driver meets you inside and walks with you to the car.
Which terminal will I arrive at?
Emirates uses Terminal 3. flydubai is based at Terminal 2, with some flights at Terminal 3. Most other foreign airlines use Terminal 1.
Do you serve Al Maktoum International?
Yes. DWC lies 37 km south-west of the city, near Jebel Ali. It is used mainly by low-cost and charter carriers, and its VIP Terminal handles private jets.
