Do you cover Grand Prix weekend?
Yes, and it is the one weekend of the year that has to be booked early. Access around Yas is restricted, drop-off points move, and the fleet is committed weeks ahead. Ask in September for a November race.
Can the same car take us to Dubai?
Yes. Abu Dhabi to Dubai is a normal booking, including to DXB and Al Maktoum. It is quoted as a fixed transfer rather than by the hour unless you want the car to stay with you there.
How does the airport pickup work?
Meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board. The flight is tracked, so an early or late landing changes nothing for you and there is no waiting surcharge.
Is an hourly booking available?
Yes, from four hours. Given the distances between the islands, most visitors find the hourly or full-day format simpler than booking each leg.
What about the summer heat?
The vehicles are cooled before you board rather than when you board, water is on the car, and the chauffeur brings the car to you rather than asking you to walk to a car park. It is the main practical reason clients book ahead here.
Which vehicles are used?
Mercedes S-Class for one to three passengers and V-Class for families and luggage. Armoured vehicles can be arranged when the brief calls for it, with certified agents.
