Our Abu Dhabi airport transfers start where most journeys get tiring: the arrivals hall after a long flight. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, waits inside with a name sign and takes care of the luggage.
Since November 2023, every flight at Zayed International has used the same building, Terminal A. The old Terminals 1 to 3 are closed, so there is one meeting area and no guessing. The airport was called Abu Dhabi International until February 2024, and many travellers still use the old name.
The airport lies about 30 km from the city, right beside Route E10. Journey time depends on traffic. For that reason, we plan your pick-up around the real landing time rather than the timetable.

Meet and greet in arrivals
Your driver parks in the Short Stay Car Park opposite Terminal A and comes to meet you on foot. Abu Dhabi Police remove unattended cars, so we never leave a vehicle waiting at the kerb.
Etihad and US-bound departures
Terminal A is the Etihad hub. Passengers on Etihad flights to the United States go through US preclearance here, before boarding, so we drop you off early enough for that extra step.
Private jets at Al Bateen
Most private jets use Al Bateen Executive Airport rather than Zayed International. We meet guests at the Jetex flagship FBO, opened in November 2023, and drive them straight to their address.
Abu Dhabi to Dubai by car
Bus E102 links the airport with Dubai, but a car service goes door to door with your bags in the boot. A V-Class seats up to seven people with their luggage.
Terminal A and Al Bateen: where we meet you

The single passenger terminal since late 2023, used by Etihad and Air Arabia Abu Dhabi among others. Arrivals and departures share one building, which keeps meeting points simple.
Directly opposite the terminal, and the spot the airport recommends for meeting arrivals. Your chauffeur leaves the car here, then walks over to the arrivals hall.

Which terminal will I arrive at in Abu Dhabi?
All flights now use Terminal A at Zayed International. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 have closed, so your chauffeur always meets you in the same arrivals area.
Where exactly does the driver wait?
Inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. The car stays in the Short Stay Car Park opposite the terminal, because the police remove vehicles left unattended.
