Vienna Airport Transfers
Vienna airport transfers by private Mercedes, from the single arrivals hall at Schwechat to the Ringstrasse, the UN or your hotel. Your chauffeur, your car and your fixed price are confirmed before you take off.
The CAT is off the rails until autumn 2027
From 7 September 2026 to the end of October 2027, the rail trunk line to the airport is closed. The City Airport Train is replaced by premium buses to Wien Mitte, about 21 minutes. For many visitors, this makes Vienna airport transfers by car more attractive than before.
The airport sits about 18 km southeast of central Vienna, with its own exit on the A4 Ost Autobahn towards Budapest. Off-peak, the drive to the centre takes 20 to 25 minutes. At busier times, traffic decides.
Railjet and ICE trains to Wien Hauptbahnhof still run in about 15 minutes, unaffected by the works. Even so, a private chauffeur remains the only option that ends at your front door.

01
Send us your flight, address and luggage by WhatsApp, email or form. We reply with a fixed price for the Mercedes of your choice.

02
We follow your flight live. Your driver waits in a short-stay zone, not on the kerb, until you land.

03
Walk into the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur greets you, takes the bags and drives you into Vienna.

Meet and greet in arrivals
Whatever terminal your flight uses, everyone comes out in one arrivals hall. Your driver waits there with a name sign and takes care of your luggage.

Departures to the right terminal
Austrian and most Star Alliance airlines use T3, as do Emirates, Qatar, Korean and El Al. Condor, SunExpress and Air Arabia use the renovated T1A. We drop you at the correct door.

VIP and business aviation
We serve the VIP Terminal and the Vienna Business Aviation Terminal, home to Jet Aviation Vienna, which operates 24/7. The car can be cleared to meet you as your handling allows.

Diplomatic and conference travel
Vienna hosts many international organisations. Our drivers are discreet, cars are unmarked, and an NDA is available for high-profile guests.
Vienna airport transfers: terminals and pickup rules
Schwechat has several terminal buildings but one shared arrivals hall. The rules for cars, however, are strict, and they explain why we never ask you to wait outside. Official airport information: Vienna International Airport.
The Austrian Star Alliance Terminal, the largest building. A southern enlargement is due in early 2027.
T1A reopened in April 2025 after renovation. T2 now serves as the entrance to piers C and D.
Each car gets one free 10-minute stop per day in the kerbside zone along departures, then fees apply. Drivers who wait use the K1 zone near T1A or K4 near T3.
While the trunk line is closed, the CAT runs as a bus to Wien Mitte. Railjet and ICE services to the Hauptbahnhof continue.
