Our Doha airport transfers begin at Hamad International, the Qatar Airways hub and a single, very large passenger terminal. Your chauffeur follows your flight and waits for you as you leave Arrivals.
The airport handled 54.3 million passengers in 2025, and it keeps growing. Concourses D and E opened in March 2025, adding to A, B and C around the central concourse with its indoor garden, The Orchard. After a long walk from the gate, a car waiting by the exit makes a real difference.
According to the airport, West Bay is about 30 minutes away by road. Your driver adjusts the route to traffic and the time of day.

Qatar Airways connections and stopovers
Many guests stop in Doha between Europe and Asia. A private driver can take you to your hotel for the night and back for the onward flight, with timings set around your bags.

Hamad International is home to Qatar Executive. For a guided passage through the terminal, Qatar Airways offers Al Maha Services, and our chauffeur takes over at the exit.
Families and larger groups
A V-Class seats up to seven with plenty of room for suitcases. Child seats are fitted on request, so the car is ready when you land.
Finding your chauffeur at Hamad International
Everything happens in one building, so the meeting point is easy to describe. Still, the terminal is large and the walk from a far concourse can be long. Official airport information: Hamad International Airport.

Gates sit along five concourses around a central hub with an indoor garden, opened in November 2023. Concourses D and E are the newest, open since March 2025.
The airport branch of the Red Line stops at the terminal and runs direct to Downtown Doha. It suits light luggage; for anything more, a car is easier.

Where will my driver meet me at Hamad International?
At Arrivals gate 2 or 3, the area reserved for pre-booked limousines. Limo supervisors work there, and your chauffeur holds a sign with your name.
How long does it take to reach West Bay?
The airport gives about 30 minutes to West Bay. Traffic and the time of day can change that, and we tell you if we expect delays.
Do you cover stopovers in Doha?
Yes. We collect you from Arrivals, take you to your hotel and return you for your onward flight. Both legs are confirmed at one fixed price.
Is the metro a good alternative?
The Red Line airport branch runs direct to Downtown Doha and works well with a small bag. With several suitcases or a group, a car service is more comfortable.
Can you collect guests from a private jet?
Yes. Private flights are handled by Qatar Executive at Hamad International. Send us the arrival details and the handler, and we arrange the pick-up.
