From BER into the capital, without the forecourt rush
Berlin Brandenburg Airport lies about 18 km southeast of central Berlin. Our Berlin airport transfers use its own exit on the A113, which links to the A100 into the city and to the A10 ring.
One guide puts the drive at about 50 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof area. In practice, it depends on traffic and on where you are going: Mitte, Charlottenburg or Potsdam are very different trips. Your price, however, is agreed in advance and stays the same.
Since December 2025, the FEX Airport Express reaches the Hauptbahnhof in about 23 minutes, and the S9 and S45 end at BER. These are good options for light travellers. For heavy bags, meetings or late arrivals, a private driver is the calmer choice.

Terminal 1 arrivals
T1 is the main building, used by most airlines, including the Lufthansa group, easyJet and Eurowings. Your chauffeur waits in arrivals with your name and walks you to the car.
Terminal 2 arrivals
T2 opened in 2022 and serves mainly low-cost carriers. Here, pickups work through short-stay parking, so your driver meets you inside and leads the way.
General aviation
Private flights use the general aviation terminal in the northern part of the airport. We coordinate with your handling and drive straight to the right gate.
Trade fairs and business
Berlin hosts major congresses and political meetings. Our car service can stay with you all day, with an unmarked car and a discreet driver.
How BER works for pickups
BER replaced the old Schönefeld airport, and its former T5 is permanently closed. Today there are two terminals, with clear but strict rules for cars. Official airport information: Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
On the T1 arrivals forecourt, cars get 10 free minutes, tracked by plate recognition, and only three free uses per 8 hours. That is why we never plan a pickup around it.
T2 has no Kiss & Fly. Drivers use the arrivals short-stay parking or P7 and P8.
These are the car parks for longer waits. From 1 December 2026, they accept cashless payment only, which our drivers already plan for.
BER also has a separate government terminal. For official delegations, we can arrange cars in line with protocol requirements.

Which terminal will I arrive at?
Most airlines, including the Lufthansa group, easyJet and Eurowings, use T1. Low-cost carriers mostly use T2. The old T5 at Schönefeld is permanently closed.

The FEX Airport Express reaches the Hauptbahnhof in about 23 minutes, via Südkreuz and Potsdamer Platz. It is quick if you stay near a station. A private chauffeur takes you to your door.

Kiss & Fly at T1 allows only 10 free minutes and three free uses per 8 hours. For a relaxed pickup, our drivers park in P3, P7 or P8 and meet you inside.
Can you meet a private flight at BER?
Yes. General aviation uses a terminal in the northern part of the airport. Share your handling details and we arrange the car discreetly, with an NDA if needed.
