Our concierge plans the whole stay: the flight into Geneva, Chambéry or Zurich, the helicopter or the chauffeur up to the resort, the chalet inspected and staffed before you arrive, ski passes and instructors booked, dinner tables held at the restaurants on the slopes, and discreet security for families who need it. We run ski transfers from Geneva and Milan all winter, and we know the resorts from the road up. Our chauffeur service in Courchevel stays with you for the whole week, from the altiport to the last dinner.

We work with chalet agencies we trust and, where possible, we visit the property before confirming. You receive photos, a floor plan and an honest note on anything that might matter: the distance to the lift, the steepness of the drive, the noise from the road.

When should I book a chalet for Christmas or February?
The best staffed chalets in Courchevel, Megève and Verbier for Christmas and New Year are reserved by late spring. February half-term goes almost as early. For January and March there is more flexibility.
Can you arrange a helicopter to the resort?
Yes. From Geneva, Annecy or Chambéry to the altiports of Courchevel, Méribel and Megève, or directly to a chalet helipad where permitted, with a chauffeur for the last stretch when needed.
Do you provide a chef and housekeeping for the whole stay?
Yes. We recruit a private chef, housekeepers and, if you wish, a nanny and a chalet host for the duration of your stay, and we brief them on your household before you arrive.
Can you provide security staff in a ski resort?
Yes. Our close protection service provides residential security officers and security drivers experienced in Alpine resorts, working discreetly in plain clothes.
