Pier A handles Schengen flights, plus Brussels Airlines flights to Africa. The airline is based here. Every passenger ends up in the same Arrivals Hall.
Pier B serves non-Schengen flights and is linked to Pier A by the Connector. Allow extra time for passport control before you reach your driver.
The airport suggests agreeing a fixed spot such as the information desk. Our driver parks in P2, two minutes on foot from the hall.
Two terminals, T1 and T2, the second opened in 2017. Ryanair and Wizz Air run most flights. We meet you at arrivals and take the motorway north.

Isn't the train quicker?
The train runs every 15 minutes and reaches Brussels-Central in about 17 minutes. It works well with light luggage. A car service makes more sense with heavy bags, a group, or an address far from the station.
How long is the drive from Zaventem?
The airport is 12 km from the centre, reached via the A201 and the R0 ring. Traffic around Brussels varies a lot, so we always plan with a margin.
Do you pick up at Charleroi?
Yes. Charleroi lies 46 km south of Brussels. The shuttle coach to Brussels-Midi takes about 45 minutes, while we take you door to door.
Will Charleroi close at some point?
A full two-month closure for runway works is planned there in 2028. Check your booking if you travel in that period.
Can you handle a delegation?
