What is the minimum booking?
Four hours. Below that a point to point transfer is usually better value, and we will tell you so rather than sell you the hourly rate.
Are the congestion charge and ULEZ included?
Yes, both are in the quoted rate. The fleet is ULEZ compliant, so nothing is added to your bill at the end of the day.
Are stops limited?
No, not inside the area agreed when you book. The schedule moves with you and there is no charge per stop.
Can the same driver stay for several days?
Yes, and clients staying a week usually ask for it. By the second day the hotel entrance, your preferred routes and your habits are known without being explained.
Does the car wait during dinner or a show?
Yes. The chauffeur parks nearby and returns when you call, with the pickup point agreed beforehand. In the West End after a performance that is the whole difference.
Which vehicles are available in London?
