Definitions
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "My Private Service" / "we" / "us" — the company operating under the name My Private Service, headquartered at 66 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France.
- "Client" / "you" — any individual or legal entity placing a booking or using our services.
- "Services" — luxury chauffeur, private driver, concierge and close protection services offered by My Private Service.
- "Booking" — a confirmed reservation for one or more services, validated by written or electronic confirmation from My Private Service.
- "Driver" / "Chauffeur" — a professional driver employed by or contracted to My Private Service to provide transportation services.
- "Vehicle" — any car or minivan provided by My Private Service, including but not limited to the Mercedes S-Class and V-Class.
- "Partner" — a third-party chauffeur service provider engaged by My Private Service to fulfil bookings in certain destinations.
Scope & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by My Private Service, including bookings made via our website, email, phone, WhatsApp or any other channel.
By submitting a booking request or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all clients, whether individuals or corporate entities.
My Private Service reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking applies to that booking. We recommend reviewing these terms before each booking.
Our Services
My Private Service provides the following premium services:
Luxury Chauffeur & Private Driver Service
Professional, vetted and bilingual chauffeurs operating premium Mercedes S-Class and V-Class vehicles. Services include airport transfers, point-to-point journeys, hourly hire and multi-day assignments. All vehicles are fully insured, equipped with Wi-Fi, water and climate control.
Concierge Service
24/7 personal concierge assistance covering hotel and restaurant reservations, private jet and helicopter charters, yacht rentals, event ticketing, personal shopping, VIP lounge access and all travel-related arrangements. Concierge services are provided on a best-efforts basis subject to availability.
Close Protection Service
Certified close protection officers and VIP security services for individuals, executives and high-net-worth clients. Services include personal security detail, route planning, risk assessment, advance reconnaissance and emergency response coordination. All security personnel are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
My Private Service operates primarily in Paris and worldwide through a network of vetted partner operators. Service availability varies by destination and is confirmed at the time of booking.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance. We recommend booking at least 24 hours before the service date. For group bookings, events or close protection services, a minimum of 48 to 72 hours advance notice is required.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from My Private Service by email or WhatsApp. Until confirmation is issued, no contractual obligation exists on either party.
By submitting a booking, the Client provides accurate and complete information including pickup address, destination, date, time, number of passengers and any special requirements. My Private Service accepts no liability for delays or service failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Client.
Flight Tracking
For airport transfers, My Private Service monitors flight arrivals in real time. In the event of a flight delay or early arrival, the chauffeur will adjust accordingly at no additional charge. The Client must provide the correct flight number at the time of booking.
Meet & Greet
For arrivals, the chauffeur will wait at the arrivals hall with a name board. A standard waiting time of 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time is included at no extra charge. Beyond this period, additional waiting fees may apply.
Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted by My Private Service are fixed and all-inclusive unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden fees, no meter charges and no surge pricing. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is the rate charged.

Payment Methods
My Private Service accepts the following payment methods: bank transfer, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. Corporate clients may request monthly invoicing subject to prior agreement.
Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless a corporate account agreement specifies otherwise. My Private Service reserves the right to request a deposit for bookings exceeding a certain value or for multi-day assignments.
Additional Charges
The following may give rise to additional charges, communicated transparently before invoicing:
- Waiting time beyond the included allowance (charged per 15-minute increment)
- Tolls, parking fees and airport taxes not included in the original quote
- Journeys requiring overnight stay for the driver
- Last-minute booking surcharges (bookings placed less than 4 hours in advance)
- Cleaning fees in the event of damage or soiling of the vehicle
Cancellation & Changes
The following cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings:

Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email or WhatsApp to be valid. The time of receipt of the written cancellation notice determines the applicable fee.
Changes to Bookings
The Client may request changes to a confirmed booking (pickup time, address, vehicle type) subject to availability. Changes requested less than 4 hours before the service may be treated as a new booking. My Private Service will confirm all changes in writing.
Cancellation by My Private Service
In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, severe weather, unforeseen vehicle unavailability), My Private Service reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and, where possible, an alternative solution will be proposed. My Private Service accepts no liability beyond the refund of the amount paid.
Client Obligations
The Client agrees to the following obligations when using the services of My Private Service:
- Provide accurate booking information including correct pickup address, flight number and contact details
- Be present at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed time
- Treat the vehicle, driver and any My Private Service personnel with respect
- Not transport prohibited substances, weapons or illegal items in the vehicle
- Not smoke in the vehicle (smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles)
- Not consume food or beverages in the vehicle without prior agreement
- Ensure the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle's legal capacity
- Comply with local laws and regulations at all times during the service
- For close protection services: follow the reasonable instructions of assigned security personnel
My Private Service reserves the right to terminate a service immediately without refund if the Client's behaviour poses a risk to the driver, other passengers, or third parties, or if the Client is in breach of these obligations.
Liability
My Private Service is fully insured for professional civil liability in connection with its chauffeur and transportation services. All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance in accordance with applicable French and EU law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Private Service's total liability to the Client for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
My Private Service shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures or circumstances beyond our control
- Missed flights, trains or connections due to traffic delays or force majeure
- Loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind
- Service failures attributable to inaccurate information provided by the Client
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, restaurants, etc.) arranged through our concierge service
Concierge Services
Concierge services are provided on a facilitation basis. My Private Service acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers (hotels, restaurants, airlines, yacht operators, etc.). The Client's contract for third-party services is directly with the relevant provider.
Close Protection Services
Close protection services are provided on a best-efforts basis. While our security personnel are certified and trained to the highest standards, My Private Service cannot guarantee the prevention of all security incidents. Liability is limited to gross negligence or wilful misconduct by our personnel.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Discretion is a core value of My Private Service. All employees, drivers and contracted personnel are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. Client identity, journey details, personal preferences and any information shared in connection with our services are treated as strictly confidential.
My Private Service will not disclose any information about a Client to third parties except:
- Where necessary to fulfil the booked service (e.g. sharing arrival details with a partner chauffeur)
- Where required by applicable law or a lawful order from a competent authority
- Where the Client has given explicit prior consent
For close protection clients and high-profile individuals, additional confidentiality agreements (NDA) may be signed upon request at no charge.
Intellectual Property
All content published on myprivateservice.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, design elements and website code — is the exclusive property of My Private Service and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of My Private Service. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may give rise to legal action.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by My Private Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
Consumer clients based in the European Union also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
